Hey guys! I want to share a quick wrap-up of my weight training guidelines I have learned along the way. This year, I started going to the gym and doing weight training. As I began, I realized there are some fundamental things worth knowing before you start. This wrap-up covers basic rules and equipment introductions to common workout split methods. It also includes the most common weightlifting movements with curated YouTube videos to help us learn, plus muscle group illustrations so we can see exactly which muscles we’re training. So, I hope this will be useful for anyone who’s also thinking about getting into weight training!
